Switch between your workspaces EN

You can switch to another workspace from the workspace selector at the top left of the dashboard, or from the Workspaces page under Admin. Both do the same thing: the dashboard then shows that workspace's recordings, assets, users and billing.

Switching changes what you're browsing. It doesn't change where your next recording is saved. See The workspace you are browsing vs the one you record into.

Switch from the selector at the top left

1. In the sidebar, at the top left, select the workspace name. It sits next to the Workspaces label.
2. Select a workspace in the list.

The page reloads showing the workspace you picked. If you were on a page such as Assets, you stay on that page.

The list shows these labels:

• PERSONAL marks your own workspace.
• PRO marks a workspace on the Pro plan.
• A lock icon marks a Read-only workspace. It's a team workspace that isn't on Pro. You can open it and see what's in it, but you can't add new content to it.
• owned by followed by a name appears under workspaces you don't own.

The list also has a New workspace link. If you have pending invitations, an invitation row appears under the list and takes you to them. See Find, accept or decline a workspace invitation.

Switch from the Workspaces page

1. In the sidebar, open Admin, then Workspaces.
2. Select the workspace's card. Its tooltip reads Switch to this workspace.

You land on the dashboard for that workspace. Each card also shows whether the workspace is Free or Pro, how many recordings it has, and who owns it if it isn't yours.

The card has other controls, such as the camera icon and Record here. Those set where your next recording goes and don't switch workspaces. See Set where your next recording lands.
