Invite people to a workspace EN

You invite people to a team workspace from the Users & Seats page. You can send several invitations at once, each one stays valid for 14 days, and you can resend or revoke a pending invitation at any time.

Send invitations

1. Open the workspace, then go to Users & Seats.
2. Select Invite teammates.
3. Pick the workspace, if you have more than one you can invite to.
4. Enter the email addresses, one per line or separated by commas.
5. Choose a role: Member or Admin. See Owner, admin and member: what each can do.
6. Select Send invitations.

You can invite up to 50 addresses in one batch. Each address gets its own invitation, and the results show which ones were sent and which were skipped, with the reason:

• Invalid email - the address isn't formatted correctly.
• Already a member - that person is already in the workspace.
• Invitation already pending - there's already an unanswered invitation for that address; resend or revoke it instead of sending a new one.

An invitation doesn't come with a paid seat automatically. The person joins as soon as they accept, and an owner or admin can assign them a seat before or after that from the same page - see Give someone a paid seat, or take it back.

Who can invite

Only the workspace's owner or an admin can send, resend or revoke invitations. Members can't invite anyone.

You also can't invite anyone to a personal workspace - only to a team workspace. If you only have a personal workspace, create a team one first from the Workspaces page. Recordings in a personal workspace can still be shared normally; see Share a recording.

Pending invitations

While an invitation is pending, it shows on Users & Seats with a Pending label and its expiry date. From its menu you can:

• Resend invitation - sends a new email with a new link. The old link stops working, and the 14-day expiry restarts from the resend.
• Revoke invitation - the link stops working immediately, and any seat reserved for that invitation is released back to the workspace. This can't be undone; you'd need to invite the address again.

An invitation stops being pending once it's accepted, declined, revoked, or it expires.

Expired invitations

An invitation that hasn't been accepted within 14 days expires automatically, and its link stops working. Resend it to send a fresh one, or wait for the recipient to ask - either way, resending is the only way to bring an expired invitation back.
