Does my free time reset each month? EN

No. Your free allowance of 60 minutes and 1 GB isn't a monthly quota, so nothing resets on a schedule. It's a ceiling on what you're keeping right now.

How the ceiling works

Rekorder adds up the recordings you currently have and compares the total with your limits. It doesn't count how much you've recorded over time.

• Whichever limit you reach first applies. That's either 60 minutes of recording time or 1 GB of storage.
• Deleting a recording gives its minutes and storage back to you. You don't have to wait for a new month.
• Waiting gives you nothing back. If you're at the limit today, you'll be at the limit next month unless you delete something or upgrade.
• Images, video and audio you import count towards the 1 GB.
• The allowance belongs to your account. Creating more workspaces doesn't give you more.
• A paid seat exempts a workspace's recordings. Recordings in a workspace where you hold a paid seat don't count towards your free limits.

If you're close to the limit

You can free up room in two ways:

1. Delete recordings, or imported assets, that you no longer need.
2. Get a paid seat. Recordings covered by a seat stop counting towards the free limits.
