Drag it, dock it to an edge, or keep it out of the video entirely.
When you record a tab with the Interface setting on UI in tab (default), Rekorder adds a small control bar to the page. You can start, pause and stop the recording from it, and you can drag it to another edge if it's in the way. If you'd rather not have it on the page at all, switch the Interface setting to Only in preview tab.
The bar has a grip on one end and these controls. Hover over any button to see its name.
A warning triangle can also appear on the bar when camera effects may slow your computer down. For the difference between Restart, Cancel & delete and Stop, see Restart, Cancel & delete, and Stop: the difference.
The bar shows a preview before you start only if the camera bubble and controls are already on the page. Use Auto camera preview in the popup settings for that. Otherwise, the bar appears when the recording starts.
A few things to know:
With the UI in tab setting, both the control bar and the camera bubble are captured in the recorded video. If the bar covers something you want to show, drag it to a different edge before you start. You can drag it during the recording too, but then the move is part of what's recorded.
TIP: Use keyboard shortcuts to move the camera bubble quickly, clockwise or counter-clockwise.
To keep the page completely clean, set Interface to Only in preview tab. Nothing is added to the page, and you control the recording from the recorder tab instead. See "UI in tab" vs "Only in preview tab" for how to change the setting and what else it changes.
