Recording laws differ by place. This is the part you are responsible for.
Rekorder doesn't tell the people you record, and it doesn't check whether you're allowed to record them. You're responsible for knowing the rules that apply and for telling people, or getting their agreement, where the rules require it.

Laws on recording differ by country and region, and sometimes by the type of recording. Some places let you record a conversation if you take part in it. Others require every person in it to agree first. Privacy laws such as the GDPR can also apply when a recording contains identifiable people, even if the recording itself is allowed.
When the people you record are in different places, more than one set of rules can apply. If you can't tell which is stricter, follow the stricter one.

Who can watch a recording is part of what you're telling people. Decide this before you record, so you can be accurate.
