Yes. Rekorder records a video call the same way it records anything else on your screen. Before you start, check the recording and consent rules where you and the other participants are, because Rekorder can't do that for you.
Many places require you to tell people, or get their agreement, before you record them. The rules vary by country and region, and can depend on where each participant is. Rekorder's popup carries a standing reminder to follow all recording laws and inform participants where required. You're responsible for following them.

What you pick depends on where the call is running:
A call has two kinds of sound: your voice and everyone else's.
If you want the other people's voices in the recording, keep Source sound on. See Record the sound from a page or from your computer.
Chrome on Linux doesn't support recording system sound. On Linux, record the call in a tab if you need the other participants' voices. See Why there is no system sound on Linux.
