Each one, and the feature that would stop working without it.
Rekorder asks Chrome for a short list of permissions when you install it. Each one exists for a specific part of recording, editing or uploading. None of them lets the extension browse your history or read every page you visit.

The last row is the only site the extension asks for special access to. It doesn't ask to read or change data on other websites.
Camera and microphone access aren't part of the list above. Chrome asks you for them the first time you use them, and you can turn them off at any time. See Allow camera and microphone access and Revoke camera or microphone access.
