Yes, with a standing ceiling on how much you keep in the cloud.
Yes. Rekorder has a free plan that never expires, needs no card, and includes every feature. The limit is capacity: you can keep up to 60 minutes of recordings and 1 GB of storage in the cloud at any one time.
There is no trial to start and none to run out. Free is not a countdown to Pro.
The 60 minutes and 1 GB are a ceiling on what you're keeping right now. They aren't a monthly quota, and nothing resets on a schedule.
For more, see The free allowance: 60 minutes and 1 GB, explained and Does my free time reset each month?.
Watching, commenting, reacting and downloading are free for everyone, and viewers don't need a seat. A seat is only for people who create, upload, edit or caption recordings. See Do I pay for people who only watch?.
Going over 60 minutes or 1 GB starts a 30-day grace period. During it, your existing recordings keep playing and sharing, but you can't create new ones. If you're still over the limit when it ends, recordings that aren't covered by a paid seat are deleted, oldest first, and only as many as it takes to get back under both limits. You can avoid this by deleting recordings or getting a paid seat first. See The 30-day grace period and the deletion order.
Pro doesn't unlock features. It removes the cloud limits and the watermark. See What Pro costs, and what it includes. To make the free plan last longer, see Stay inside the free plan.
