What Pro costs, and what it includes EN

Every feature is on every plan. What you pay for is capacity.

Pro costs $15 per seat per month on monthly billing, or $10 per seat per month when you pay yearly - 33% less, charged once for the whole year ($120 per seat) rather than month by month. You buy as many seats as you have people who create recordings, and nothing else changes: every recording, editing, captions and sharing feature is on the free plan too. What Pro buys is capacity - unlimited cloud recording time and unlimited cloud storage - not access to features.

The price you actually pay

Currency. Prices are shown in euros in the EU, pounds in the UK and dollars everywhere else. The numbers are the same in all three; only the symbol changes.
VAT. EU customers pay VAT on top of the price. Business customers with a valid EU VAT number outside Romania are reverse charged and pay no VAT. Outside the EU nothing is added. The exact rate and the final total are shown in the checkout breakdown before you pay - see Billing details, VAT numbers and reverse charge.
Seats. The total is always the per-seat rate multiplied by the number of seats, so the price per seat you see on the pricing page is exactly what each extra person costs.
Switching interval. You can move between monthly and yearly billing later - see Switch between monthly and yearly billing.

Volume discounts

Up to 20 seats you pay the standard rate. From 21 seats the per-seat rate drops in steps, reaching 30% off at 91 seats, and the discount applies to monthly and yearly billing alike. You can buy up to 100 seats yourself; above that, contact us for an Enterprise offer. The full ladder is in Volume discounts and the seat cap.

What Pro includes

Unlimited cloud recording time in the workspace the plan covers.
Unlimited cloud storage for the recordings you make there.
No Rekorder watermark. Recordings made without a paid seat carry a small watermark; a paid seat removes it automatically, with no setting to change. See How do I remove the Rekorder watermark?.
Seats you assign. One seat covers one person in one workspace. You decide who holds them, and you can move a seat from one person to another.

That is the entire difference. The recorder, camera bubble and effects, blur and redaction, the editor, captions in 99 languages, summaries, chapters, folders, search, sharing, comments, Google Drive upload and Offline mode are identical on both plans.

What one seat buys

Buying one seat upgrades your own personal workspace. You cannot invite other people to a personal workspace, and everything in it stays private.

Buying two or more seats upgrades a shared team workspace. One seat is always assigned to you as the owner while the plan is active; you assign the rest. Inviting people is free and unlimited - you can have far more members than seats, because only people who record, upload or move recordings into the workspace need one. What you get without paying

The free plan gives you one seat, no card required, and the complete product in your personal workspace. Its limit is capacity: 60 minutes of cloud recording time and 1 GB of cloud storage, held at once. This is a standing amount, not a monthly allowance - it does not reset, and deleting recordings frees it up again. There is no trial to start and no trial to expire. The free plan is permanent, and Offline mode - where recordings stay on your own machine - is unlimited on both plans.

Before you buy, and after

Upgrading is self-serve: pick the interval and seat count on the pricing page and choose the workspace. See Upgrade a workspace to Pro.
You can pay by card or with PayPal; the two behave differently in a few places - see Card or PayPal: the differences that matter.
What you are charged at the moment you buy is not always a full period, and adding seats mid-period is prorated. See What is charged today, and what at renewal and Add seats now, and what proration costs.
Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. After that the workspace's recordings count towards your free limits again, and nothing is deleted immediately - see Cancel a subscription, and what you keep.
