The Billing page shows your renewal date and the exact amount of the next charge.
Your renewal date and the amount you will pay are both on the Billing page, on the Plan card. Renews gives the date, and Next charge gives the amount that will be taken on it.
The page always shows the workspace you are currently browsing, and each workspace has its own subscription and its own renewal date. If you own more than one, switch workspace first - see The workspace you are browsing vs the one you record into.
Only the workspace owner sees these figures. Other members get the same page with one line naming the owner, because billing is managed by the owner alone. See Owner, admin and member: what each can do.
A sentence at the top of the page repeats the same date in plain words: Pro is active. This subscription renews on .... For how the amount itself is calculated, see What is charged today, and what at renewal.
Your first period starts when you buy, and runs one month or one year depending on your billing interval. Each renewal starts the next period exactly where the last one ended, so the date stays put from cycle to cycle.
These do not move your renewal date:
One thing does move it: subscribing again on a workspace that still has Pro time left. The period you buy is added onto the end of the one you have, so the renewal date moves further out by that many days.
The Seats card and the interval note use the same date whenever a change is scheduled - Changing to 5 seats on Mar 3, 2026 - because the renewal is when booked changes are applied.
About a week before the renewal, Rekorder emails the workspace owner a reminder, Your Rekorder Pro plan renews soon, naming how many days are left, the seat count, the interval and the amount. If your card expires before the renewal, a separate warning email goes out at the same time - see Your card is expiring, or has expired.
After the charge goes through you get a second email, Your Rekorder Pro plan has renewed. The payment then appears in the Payments table lower down the Billing page, with an invoice you can view or download. That table is also the quickest way to see the pattern of past renewal dates. See Find and download your invoices.
When auto-renewal is off - you turned the Auto-renewal toggle off at checkout, or cancelled later - the Plan card reads Pro ends with a date instead of Renews, and the Next charge line is not shown at all. Pro stays active until that date, then the workspace moves to the Free plan. See Cancel a subscription, and what you keep.
